in the Montreal business community for more than twenty-five years. He is a graduate MBA and
engineer who has worked in consulting and general management roles across Canada and
internationally. Del has shared his knowledge and experience through many seminars,
articles, and presentations, as well as in his continuing consulting role with DirectTech
